Terms of service

  1. Honey once bought cannot be returned. This is because these are food products and their state cannot be guaranteed once out of our premises.
  2. We cater for deliveries within Nairobi CBD. For deliveries outside this zone the delivery costs might vary and our representative will contact you to communicate on the additional delivery fees.
    Note that you can indicate other special requests in the Notes and special requests section of your order.
  3. Deliveries will be done once a day and any orders placed after 2:00 pm will be delivered the following day. Note- deliveries are done within normal working hours excluding Sunday and National holidays.
  4. Apply any applicable Coupon Discounts in your order before checkout. We cannot be able to apply discounts once the order is made. One such coupon is REALHONEY which gives a discount of 5% on all order values above Kshs 5000.
  5. All items are inclusive of applicable taxes.
